The LoC system allows you to secure your school’s participation and reserve places before finalising your delegation. This ensures our hosts can plan effectively while giving you more time to select your delegates.

• LoC Submission Deadline: LoCs will be accepted until the conference reaches capacity or 27 February 2026, whichever comes first.

• Waitlist: If capacity remains, additional spots will be released on 1 March 2026.

• Delegate Registration Deadline: Registration of individual named delegates against the number of places reserved on your LoC will close on 30 April 2026.

How to Submit Your LoC
Follow these two steps to complete the process:

1. Download and complete the Letter of Commitment template, specifying the number of students and adults attending.

2. Upload the completed and signed LoC using this link
