Cancellation Policy
Recognising the current climate of uncertainty and its impact on travel planning and cost, our hosts at Barker College are keen that schools have as much time as possible in which to feel confident about their capacity to travel.
With this in mind, headmaster Phillip Heath has generously extended cancellation deadline by one month, so that:
-
cancellations during May 2026 will now continue to receive a 50% refund.
-
From 1 June 2026, no refunds will be issued.
The aim is to extend to your schools a greater measure of flexibility and assurance as you make decisions in your own contexts, whilst still enabling Barker College to meet planning deadlines and honour its contractual obligations with hotels and other suppliers.
