Accommodation and Travel

Students will stay in a mixture of hotels of homestays. Students will be in twin share during the hotel stay.

Adults will be accommodated in double rooms as standard, sharing with other RSIC Adult delegates of the same gender. Those adults booking single occupancy will not be asked to share a room at any point during the Conference.

We ask that ALL delegations arrive into Sydney Airport by 12pm on 28 September 2026.  We will be there to greet you in arrivals and bring you to Barker College.

Registration for the conference will be open between 10am–2pm. Bus transfers from Sydney airport will be offered at scheduled times between 8:30am -1pm.

 

Please note: Sydney airport is not a 24 hour airport. To arrive at Sydney airport on time to catch the last bus transfer to Barker College, your flight must be scheduled to land before 12pm on Monday 28 September. Should you need to arrive on an evening flight, you will need to arrive on Sunday 27 September and book accommodation at a nearby Airport Hotel.
