RSIC 2026 Program Overview

 

Across six vibrant days, delegates are immersed in a high‑energy conference experience that blends authentic Australian hospitality, rich cultural exchange, exploration of and meaningful service opportunities in and around the local area surrounding Barker College.

 

The Conference begins with delegates being welcomed into a festival‑style campus atmosphere and an introduction to authentic Australian hospitality within our homestay families. This will be followed with an inspiring and energetic Opening ceremony and on to keynote speaker sessions and Baraza group time. Adult delegates will benefit from a dedicated evening networking and dinner event to build professional and global connections.

Mid‑week, the program shifts into an Adventure Day exploring the city of Sydney and rotating Service Carousel streams that push students into real‑world problem‑solving, teamwork and service initiatives, all anchored by daily Baraza discussions that help deepen intercultural understanding and translate ideas into action. Evenings feature signature experiences such as a Cultural performance evening and rest back into hotels. A unifying final‑day activity will tie the theme together and create a lasting group legacy. A celebratory Australian BBQ and evening of Australian culture before delegates depart with  unforgettable memories, leaving with new friendships, leadership skills and a powerful sense of global unity.
