Remember to bring Pin Swaps and School Flag
PINS: Please prepare for each of your students to bring a handful of lapel pins, which might be from their school, or tourist badges from your home country, or just something fun (we suggest 20-30) to swap with other delegates they meet on arrival day to decorate their lanyards. This will appear on the packing list, and your delegates may wish to carry these in hand luggage so that they are easily accessible on Arrivals Day and throughout the conference.
FLAG: Please bring one school flag or banner to be displayed on the day of the Opening Ceremony. We will ask you to hand this in at the registration desk on arrivals day and you will get it back after the Closing Ceremony. As a guide, the ideal size would be approximately 140cm x 80cm (4.5 ft x 2.5 ft). If you have a choice, please bring the closest you can get to that size, but do not worry if you have a different size - please bring what you can. We will remind you on the packing list.
