Permissions & Waivers Form - One per delegate for upload when you register
You now need to register your named student and adult delegates. In order to do this you will first need a completed and signed Permissions & Waivers Form for each member of your delegation. These must be uploaded to complete registration.
-
Adult delegates must complete and sign their own form.
-
Student delegates must sit with their parent or guardian to complete the form together and it must be signed by them both.
The forms are attached to this mailout and are also available for download on the conference website. Please check that the waivers are completed fully and are signed before you upload them with your registrations.
STEP 1: Send the waiver form home with each member of your delegation and ask them to complete and return it to you signed (including parent/ guardian signature on student forms)
Delegate Registration - Deadline 29 May 2026
Once you have the waiver forms back, it is time to start registering your named delegates (students and staff). Our hosts kindly request that all registrations be completed by 29 May 2026. If you already have your delegate list, please register them as soon as possible—early submissions will greatly assist in room allocations and homestays.
Please complete the online registrations for your students. Please do not ask them to complete this step themselves as it is an important opportunity for you to review and check that their waiver is complete, and be sure that their passport photo page has been provided. This saves our Hosts from doing a lot of chasing and follow-up.
Required Information for Registration:
To register you will need to have the following to upload for each delegate:
-
A scan of their passport photo page
-
A head-and-shoulders photograph
-
Their completed and signed Waiver/Consent Form (both for upload and data entry)
-
Their T-shirt size (S, M, L, or XL)
Please note that most of details from the Waiver/Consent Form must also be entered into the registration system. Whilst this may feel like duplication of effort, it ensures that key information is easily accessible in the database, and that each school has an opportunity to check that the Waiver Form has been completed properly and signed. We appreciate your understanding on this point.
STEP 2: Use the information from your waiver forms, and with the delegate's photo and passport scan to hand, register each member of your delegation using the following links:
